I help people take control of how they communicate, connect and show up. I started ctrl. because I kept meeting people stuck in patterns that didn't feel like theirs, and nobody had shown them how to change those patterns at the root.

Philosophy
I'm not here to fix you.
You're not broken. You've been running ways of thinking and acting that no longer work for who you're becoming. Coaching is about seeing those patterns clearly and replacing them with ones that do.
That means no scripts and no tricks. Confidence isn't about being loud; it's about being solid. It comes from how you see yourself and how you show up, so that's where we work.
Everything I teach I've lived, tested and taught. And because every client is different, every programme is too. The intro call exists so we can work out what you actually need, not to sell you a package.
